She teases your nose with a menagerie of dank, earthy tones blended with violets and cardamon, then pleases your mouth with blackberry, blueberry and hints of chocolate, then comes her soft, supple texture and long, lingering finish. only 24 cases produced so don’t let her pass you by!

A little extra:
This 2015 vintage Cabernet Sauvignon, is the third vintage I’ve had the opportunity to work with this grape variety. I’ve discovered that I prefer a vineyard sight that is south-west facing, a relatively sandy-loam, a specific clone, and a natural fermentation to express the most fruit character of this grape. I’ve also discovered that as the Cabernets from Santa Ynez Valley age, they develop more of the rustic, vegetal quality that this hailed variety is so well known for… so although upon release this wine is juicy and fruit forward, if you prefer a little more old-world, let it age for another 5 years or so… if you can.
